Stephanie is a mental health occupational therapist and family therapist with over 11 years experience working with adults, children, adolescents and their families. Stephanie has worked in various urban and rural communities throughout Australia which has honed her appreciation for the relationship between individual wellbeing and 'place' in community.
Stephanie believes Occupational Therapy and Family Therapy interventions can compliment one another. Families are the first community where we are an active member, and families are the launching pad to connecting to the broader community in meaningful, productive and fulfilling ways.
Stephanie takes a warm, non judgemental stance in her work with clients. She is also comfortable with providing the 'just right' challenge to help people break away from unhelpful behaviours that get in the way of valued roles, relationships and occupations.
Stephanie is available for individual and family sessions, parenting sessions, group interventions and clinical supervision.
